Can't sign in with my email

I downloaded the Spotify app on my Smartphone, then I downloaded an app that I shouldn't have.  It was an anti virus app that effected Spotify, so I uninstalled the anti virus and Spotify and then reinstalled Spotify.  Now I can not sign in because it says, "that email is already in use".  Help!  How do I get my account back?

In this case, we suggest that you use your account's username instead of your email address to log in. If your account was created with your Facebook profile, make sure to use the Log in with Facebook option.
