Hey @seanroegb

Can you try using another browswer or computer to see if it works?

Same thing on all my browsers.

Same problem here, I'm using Firefox 41.0.2 on Windows 10 x64

Same deal here. I've tried on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge, as well as a different computer. No matter what option I choose, whether it's the trial or if it's purchasing premium, it just says I need javascript to continue. This occurs even on browsers with no addons that could possibly block javascript.

Yea not sure why they insist on using java script... oh well. All I see everywhere is ppl suggesting other browser it won't work simple as they need to update there stuff IMO. Guess ill find another streaming site .

Yes, the desktop site requires javascript.

You can also try using a mobile browser to subscribe.

It is not a JS or Browser problem, it seems to be a validation error.

I'm trying to use my debit card (which I often use as a credit card in many other services) and I get the "JS problem on my desktop" and "Invalid card" when using my phone.

I also just tried using PayPal, but I got the same error on desktop, and "Invalid Postal Code" on phone... Well, as I live in Canada, my zip code contains letters...

QA team, please...

How 'bout I just try another streaming music service and see if that works?

I am also having this issue, I tried firefox, chrome, safari and it's occuring on all of them. And, of course my javascript is enabled.

Esto es un asco
Yo he intentado en varios dispositivos y nada.....arreglenlo porfavor

I use another service now if spotify wish to be lame and force there silly use of java script and do there canned replies here about it oh well.

This is a BS answer. Nobody at Spotify EVER actually answers ANY questions about real bugs or design flaws. WHO works there?

I read this blog and so i just tried joining on internet explorer instead of chrome and it accepted my details - hope this helps

Hi Guys.

I had same problem as you.

I tryed my chrome, firefox on Windows 10. Not worked.

I solved problem with Edge browser. My Visa card was accepted

I feel that if a company has such incredibly poor software engineering that they can't even take a credit card online, what are the chances they will get the other things right that really matter to ME?

In addition to that, if a company cares so little for its potential customers that they can't even provide support staff to read and respond to issues like this, then that is a company that isn't going to get my money.

I'm glad some of you are satisfied by using a different browser.  One of the overlooked points is Marketing 101: Make things as easy as possible for you potential customers to buy.
