Can't stay logged in for more than 1 second.

Whenever I log in to my account I log on, but after a second or so passes, I get logged of. I get the error message that the username or password is incorrect. However, I've used this account for a couple of years and never changed the password, so I know that I haven't forgot the password and I'm simply entering an incorrect one. I also recently bought premium on my account, and now I can't cancel it and simply make a new account since spotify will bill me every month for the premium on my lost account. Please help me either get my account back or to cancel my premium subscribtion.

Have you tried resetting your password?

Maybe you can regain access by doing so.
