Can't stop Premium

I am trying to stop my premium account but each time the web page is loadingand nothing is happening.

I want change my premium to FIDO spotify plan.

Same for me.  I have been trying to cancel premium for two days, and it just hangs up along the way.  I used Chrome and IE.  But I was able to get it to work on a new VM using Firefox.

There seems to be multiple reports of this. I think there is a temporary problem with the website. Try checking back later today to see if it works.
