Can't subscribe for Spotify for Family (Não consigo assinar o Spotify for Family)

OBS: I'm going to write this topic in english and portuguese because after browsing the forum for a while i haven't seen any portuguese topic, so i'm not sure if you guys answer questions in any other language but english.

 

English:

Well, a couple of hours ago i tried to get the Spotify for Family. Filled all the fields, credit card number, expiration date and security code. After that i hit the "confirm purchase" button and a loading simbol appeared right next to the button.

 

It's been 2 hours since that and nothing changed, i'm stuck at the payment page, the loading simbol is still there, spinning, but the value of R$ 22,30 is already visible on my credit card bill.

 

I've checked my e-mail account but there are no messages from Spotify about Premium or anything there. (by the way, i didn't get any messages when i registered my account either, don't know if thats normal).

Already checked my profile on my computer but it says that my account is still Free, plus there's no receipts on the receipts tab.

(I'm trying to subscribe the Spotify for Family via an Android smartphone)

Bem, duas horas atrás eu tentei assinar o Spotify for Family. Preenchi todos os campos, número do cartão de crédito, data de validade e código de segurança. Depois disso eu apertei o botão "confirm purchase" e um símbolo de carregamento apareceu logo ao lado do botão.

 

Se passaram duas horas desde então e nada mudou, estou preso na página de pagamento, o símbolo de carregamento continua lá, girando, mas o valor de R$ 22,30 já é visível na fatura do meu cartão.

 

Já chequei o meu e-mail mas não há nenhuma mensagem do Spotify sobre o Premium nem nada lá. (a propósito, eu não recebi mensagem alguma no meu e-mail quando eu registrei minha conta também, não sei se isso é normal).

Já chequei meu perfil no meu computador mas ele diz que minha conta ainda é Free. além disso não há recibo algum na aba de recibos.

Hey @lucasespotefai,

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

 

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
