Can't subscribe to family account because I live in a different country now

Can't subscribe to family account because I live in a different country now

HI,

 

my whole family can subscribe to the family account except me. The system is always telling me that I'm in a foreign country when I want to confirm our new family account adress. What can I do???

Hey @tschuli13!

 

Remember that every member of Premium for Family must live in the same address. If you do, make sure you're not using a VPN while accepting the invitation. Also, try clearing the cache and cookies from the browser or using an incognito window to accept the invite. Let us know how it goes!
