Can't unlink Spotify account from Facebook - registered before accounts were permanently linked

Hello,

So as much as I love Spotify, I simply have to delete my Facebook (at least for awhile). I know I registered with Spotify long before the deadline, but I believe I linked the accounts and now I can't unlink them - is there anything I can do?

Can't you just log in with your original Spotify username and password that you made? You should be able to delete Facebook without trouble.

If Spotify keeps reactivating your Facebook, go to Edit-Preferences and disconnect from Facebook.

Hi rmsprute- I've just had a look at the account linked to this email and it was registered via Facebook. 

When exactly did you first join Spotify? Were you able to create a username when you joined?

If not, then you won't be able to disconnect your Facebook without deactivating your account.
