Can't unsubscribe from email updates

Hello. I'm trying to unsubscribe from email news/updates but every time I log back it's activated again.

If you've attempted to unsubscribe and still doesn't work even when you click save you may try contacting support so they can help you with this issue by filling out this form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ they will take up to 24hrs to reply.
