Can't unsubscribe from premium

Can't unsubscribe from premium

So I am trying to unsubscribe from premium and not get charged another month, but every time I put in my password to confirm my cancellation it says incorrect password. I even reset my password so what is the problem?

Hey @Jsoccergirl5,

 

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

None of your suggestions worked. I decided to keep it another month and now that I go and try to unsubscribe again it tells me I still have to wrong password. This is so frustrating and I really don't want to pay for a month so do you know what else I can do? I just don't understand why I cannot complete this. I feel like I'm being scammed.

Very weird. You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to see what's going on within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
