Can't update Credit Card

I really do like Spotify Premium and I am trying my hardest to give Spotify my money. My credit card explired and I'm trying to put in a new one, but clicking that button doesn't do anything. It just sits there and there's a little text box that I can type in that is automatically filled with the word "true." It doesn't make any sense. Please help!

I'm having the same exact issue. I've tried three browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and IE) and just get the following message:

Could not update payment details

Sorry, we could not update your payment details.

My entire card number changed and I cannot update my card.

Also, Spotify needs to have better customer support than a forums. It'd be great to call or chat for one-on-one customer help.

If you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to see what is wrong with getting your account set up.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
