Can't update credit card information

My credit card expired and I tried to update the payment information by entering the new one. When I enter the new credit card number and security code and confirm the payment information, I receive a message saying that it is a bad day and the change can't be finalized. I tried it with three diferent credit cards of three different banks for the last week. I don't know what else to do. Can someone please help? Thanks.

Hey @kacaetano,

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

I've tried already on Safari and Chrome. On my computer, iPhone and iPad. 

Think I'm going to be forced to quit one of my favorite services.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
