My Question or Issue

 I have moved from the UK to the US. I have been using Spotify (free) since arriving. But because I have been here for more than 14 days I have to update my location. When i try to edit my account details, it does not let me choose any other country in the drop-down. The only country that is visible is United Kingdom.

Hi @trobu

 

You should be able to change your country to whichever country your current IP address geo-locates too. You can check your IP address here. If it's correct, the Spotify system must think you are in the UK still, are you using a proxy or VPN to access Spotify or the Spotify website?

 

If you're still having trouble updating your IP address, you can change the country with your payment details here. Your payment details will need to be from the country you'd like to change to. It's just to verify you're actually from there.
