Can't upgrade - nowhere pops up to enter my account and card details- just continues to think

Help.... it has happened over the last week? Is this only happening to me? i tired to click it and then leave it... for hours it just continued to think....

I tried accessing it through different screens/options... nope...

Why is it so hard to pay spotify? I would have thought this would have been easy?!

p.s. thank you in advacne for - ANYONE- trying to help me... 🙂

THANKS so much for your help... No luck w/cache or cookies but safari worked - i didn't even think to change (i love firefox)...

Sometimes the most obvious solution just slips your mind... thanks for taking the time...
