Can't upgrade to Premium and subscription-status shows I would have unlimited but I haven't

Last Month I just bought Spottily-Unlimited to enjoy music commercial free. After Buying I canceled the subscription so that it doesn't automatically extend so I can test it. So after 30 days my Spottily shows that I'm a free user so I want to upgrade it to premium to enjoy offline. Now when I'm on the subscription page it shows me weird stuff like:

You have a subscription For . The subscription will be automatically converted on 2012-06-26 on Spottily Unlimited and you get asked a € 4.99 fee if you do not cancel it before.

So I looked at this page to cancel it again:
https://www.spotify.com/de/account/subscription/cancel/

But I get instantly to this page
https://www.spotify.com/de/account/subscription/thanks/

it says I've canceled it.

Now I though well now I can just upgrade it.

So I went there
https://www.spotify.com/de/get-spotify/unlimited/

now I chose the payment method and click OK.
After that a message appears:
Product isn't available.

I think it is some sort of software failure.
