Can't upgrade to premium

I have had premium before but I cancelled it for a few months. Went to reinstate it the other day and it would only let me loggin through Facebook. This was fine but when I clicked to purchase the premium account it said on the next page I will have to verify with my Facebook password. Then it came up with error, I was not connected to Facebook when I clearly was. I was also connected on a main fb app on my phone.

Does anyone know what I can do? All I want is to upgrade my account again but it's just not letting me.

Have you tried a different browser at all?
