Can't use 3-month promo with 10 euro gift card

Hello,

I wanted to use the 3-month promo and bought 10-euro gift card. Instead of letting me use promo, it instantly gave me promo with usual price for 1 month.

Instead, I want 3-month promo and rest of the money left for future premium time.

Please fix it. thanks

Hi, and welcome to the community!

You can only claim offers like that when you use a credit card as far as I know, hence your gift card won't be working as it is more like a prepaid.
