Can't use Family account

Can't use Family account

I was added to a Family Account plan by my brother. He sent me a link and said it would ask me for an address. But when I clicked on it, it gives me a page with my account summary and a red banner with the message "It appears this account does not have an associated family plan."

I don't know what to do. Someone please tell me how I can fix this to start using the family account.

Just to try it out can you have your brother send you another invite then log in on his device and check if it alters the result?

Hi.

Are you able to try it on another device and/or also try a different browser?
If not check if clearing cache and cookies may solve it.

I tried it in my computer instead of my phone, and used Firefox and Chrome. But it still gives me the same message and won't really add me to the account.

It turns out the e-mail invite he sent was just a link to the admin panel, so hence my account did not have access to it. I got him to send me a new link and it worked. Thanks!
