Can't use my premium

I have upgraded to premium and it just says free. I don't even have the option to upgrade anymore. Just free. I have tried logging out and uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and can't figure out why I am unable to use my premium. I checked the website and it says I have it so what is my problem?

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
