Can't use my spotify premium!! PLEASE HELPPPP!

I'm currently on the 2-quid-for-2months PS4 premium subscription, it appears that my card has already been charged, but on spotify it still shows that I'm on spotify free and the ads still plays, which is frustrating, I tried to purchase it again but it shows an error log ''The purchase cannot be completed. One or more items may have already been purchased or other requirements for purchase have not been met.''
