Can't use premium

Of browser it tells me I am a premium user, on the all I click on accounts and I don't have the button for "get premium" it just tells me my account is a free one and I can't use it, anytime I do try a pop up appears and tell me to upgrade to premium and tells me all the advantages, I click on "GOT IT" and nothing happens. Please help' my case is '02075364'

If your online account does say premium, what username is shown on this page?

You need to log into your apps using that username unless it is a number, in which case you need to log into the app using Facebook.
