My Question or Issue

When I log into the website or app version of Spotify, I am met with a card that says "Get Spotify premium, enjoy unlimited access to music, personalized playlists, and more. Eligible members receive 3 months on us." Then, there are 2 buttons that say Subscribe, and Log out.

I do not want to pay for the premium version as I haven't even been able to use the unpaid version to see if I want Spotify, and if I press log out, I am logged out and encounter a screen that tells me to log in, and logging in is what told me to log out.

Hey @user-removed ,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Unfortunately, the free plan is not available in South Korea, which is why you're seeing this Pop-Up. In order to use Spotify, you must have Premium Individual or Duo.

It is common that not all subscription types are available initially when Spotify launches in a new region. Rest assured, they're always looking into opportunities to expand offers and available subscriptions on a case-by-case basis for each region.

I hope this clears things up 🙂
