Can't use the free version anymore

hey, i just use the free version of spotify for a few months, now there's a message, which says i can't use it anymore... my time is already gone/consumed... i don't know how to say... so theres normaly a button called "upgrade"... know theres these message which says "o minutes remain". how could that be? i thougt the freeversion hasn't a timelimit or something like that. has it? is there anybody who can help me? thanks a lot, best regards

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

Spotify free service only gives you unlimited listening for the first 6 months. After that you are subject to other restrictions including a 10 hour per month listening limit and in some countries the ability to only listen to a song 5 times.
