Can't withdraw funds due to an error with creditcard

today i logged on my spotify and i got the message 

"Can't withdraw funds due to an error.... witch credit card"

what happend?

I am not sure how much more detail they will be able to give you, but I would suggest you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and see if they can give you anymore information. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
