Cancelling my premium account...but when it prompts me to enter my password to confirm this, it comes up as "Incorrect Password" and I can't proceed.
I'm positive about my password, even navigated to the account screen to change it, and try to the updated one...same issue.

I can confirm that the subscription on your account has now been cancelled. Your account will change to the Free service at the end of your billing period.
