My Question or Issue
I have followed the instructions (attached) and my account does not show "Your Plan" and "Change Plan". I have went to every single tab on the left and all I can see is this Help us improve your account experience box. On the Available Plans tab it is wanting me to put in a credit card. I don't want to put in a credit card I want to cancel my subscription. On the receipts screen I see that my last payment took on 030820 so my next pyt should take on 040820. I do not want it to take. I need to cancel this subscription please. Brigot York.
