Cancel Premium subscription without account

Hi everyone! I forgot my Spotify credentials and I cannot cancel my subscription! Is there something I can do to cancel the subscription?? Please help because I'm  getting the bank fees.

You can get your credentials back, using this form:

https://www.spotify.com/us/password-reset/

Once you get your credentials back, login to your account to cancel your subscription.

Thanks for your answers! Sorry for taking this time to reply but I was on vacation... Well the thing is that I do not remember the account (email address) which I used to purchase my subscription, and thus, I cannot recover my account to unsubscribe for premium.
