Cancel Premium

I am trying to cancel my premium subscription, When it asks me to confirm my password, to enable cancellation, I am told that the password is incorrect. This can not be as I have logged in with this password to get to the point where I select cancel subscription!! I have even rest the password and yet this still happens. Please advise how I can cancel my subscription.

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? If that won't make it work you can try a different browser and/or in incognito mode. Also try on another device.
