I downloaded Spotify on my iPhone and iTunes charged me $12 plus tax. It indicates on the receipt that I purchased the premium service with automatic renewal. When I sign into Spotify through the app or online it indicates that I have a "free" subscription. When I try to unsubscribe there is no option to do so because Spotify indicates I have a free subscription. There is only the option to "subscribe to premium". The concerning thing is that I am on automatic renewal and I don't want to be charged anymore. I want to cancel.I was charged the full premium price but I am not receiving the premium service. I want to cancel my account.I have found instructions online and I followed them but they do not work because the options are not there. Can someone help me cancel this subscription?

It sounds like you aren't signing into the same account you used to make the in-app purchase for premium using the Spotify iOS app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
