Cancel Subscription Linked With Facebook

How do I cancel my subscription? I go to the cancellation page and it wants me to put in my password. I always logged on with Facebook, so I never made a Spotify password. If I go to Forgot Password and enter my email, it tells me to go to Facebook to change my password! My Facebook password I know works, cause I can sign on to Facebook just fine.
