Cancel Subscription process is Confusing

Cancel Subscription process is Confusing

Due to Spotify's Cancel Subscription process,

in which in my oppinion is Deceiving Confusing Immoral & Unethical,

I have been charged 5 months, without even using their system.

 

Seriously! I clicked cancel subscription 5 months ago and not used the system since then.

Doesn't that strike you as a tad bit odd? 

 

Who can I contact to explain the situation and try to get a refund?

 

[Update] Support were understanding and could see that I had not been into my account, and provided a good acceptible solution.

Why is the Cancel Subscription process Confusing?

 

Well there are 5 pages, 5 steps at least when I went through the process.

It looks like it worked, success messages on pages, however it really hasn't cancelled it yet.

They just dump a bunch of content on a page, you need to scroll down to see another button....

the buttons don't even look like buttons, they are just text.

 

Seriously, is this how a big company wants to treat people? I wouldn't be able to sleep.

 

One page asks for Facebook authorisation.... ?:-o whaaaaat!? ... I just logged in a couple of minutes ago.  Why oh why?

 

[Update] Support were understanding and could see that I had not been into my account, and provided a good acceptible solution.
