Cancel account connected to a Facebook i can’t access

Hello. the account i am currently posting from is an old account. My actual account was created with a friend’s Facebook who i am no longer friends with and who won’t cancel my subscription for me. I can not access it any longer to reset password or to cancel my subscription and i even tried logging out of my Spotify app to make sure i couldn’t reset the password another way and now i can’t even get back in. The account info is her email and her Facebook name however the account is registered to me and my username and the card info is linked to me. Please please help me cancel this account so i can make my own not connected to her Facebook and even more i am worried that she can somehow access my card info since she can log into the account. I have reached out to support with no help so far, two case numbers are

Ive been searching faqs and online and community questions for weeks to try and figure this out so any help would be much appreciated !
