Hi, looking to cancel the premium subscription. I thought the statement date is today, but turns out the fee has been charged yesterday. I have not used Spotify the last few days, can this fee be refunded to me if I cancel the subscription? Thanks

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 48 hours.
