Cancel and still charge

Cancel and still charge

I recently register and cancel the account just last a few seconds, however the payment was made to my credit card, how can I fix that? never actually use the service, obviously I want my money back.

Hey @ArtEriTavar,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

If you think that you're eligible for a refund, please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form or one of the social media channels. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 48 hours.
