Cancel incorrect payment

Hi

 

Today I tried to subscribe to an unlimited account but it failed (wrong password). Then I was redirected to "buy premium". According to the web I need to follow three steps, last one "confirm". So I pressed follow to second step. There were no second step, nor third and I received an email saying you are going to charge my for a premium account, something I don't want.

 

I can't see any way to cancel this invoice or change the subscription to "unlimited".

Hi akjin-- We can help you sort this out, no problem. It's best if we handle this via the contact form though as it's a payments query.
