Cancel membership

I have been charged for 2 months when I have cancelled membership!!! Spotify make it impossible to contact them:. I can not do it through the contact form it will not let me.. Please someone help

Can you try using the contact form in an incognito window or a different browser?

What happens when you try to use the contact form?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

As soon as I click contact form it goes straight to the 'how can I help you page' again and does the same process I did before without going to the contact form.. So frustrating and there is no other way to contact them, bit of a con

You can reach out to the Support team either via the Contact form or send a DM to @SpotifyCares.

They'll be able to cancel the subscription on their end.
