To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

Information on how to do this can be found here:

http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

If you still have trouble,

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

You can also tweet to @SpotifyCares on Twitter for help.

I am also unable to cancel my Spotify I am having issues with the equalizer shutting down my phone and the app not working after it is implaced

Hi, and welcome to the community!

You can cancel from your Subscriptions Page.

If you can't access that, you need to use the online contact form, which it appears you already have.

You will have got an automated message. Reply to that directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the staff.

If, after doing this, you have not received a reply for 24-48 hours, let me know your case number (#series of numbers), and I'll escalate it to the staff for you.
