Cancel my account please

HI, I would like to cancel my account, except, when i go to the website it directs me to.. i get an error message saying the website does not exsist.   I cannot call anyone, and simply want my subscription cancelled... thank you,

Thank u when I click on subscription I can never get to the page. So I am going in circles. Any other suggestions
