Cancel my family premium to join another one

Hi,

I just paid for a family premium account but now I decide to cancel it and join to another one, can I cancel the first one right now? Or I have to wait a month?

Hey @Jessy18, help's here. 

You can cancel your Premium for Family subscription anytime. This will revert your account to Free on the next renewal date, so you have to wait until then before joining a new plan. 

Feel free to check out our refund policy as well.

Welcome to the Community!

Don't worry, all of your music collection will remain exactly as it is whenever you change plans. 

If you want to upgrade from Premium Individual to Premium Family, all you need to do is head over to this page and click Get Started. After that just follow the instructions and reenter your payment details.
