Cancel premium account

Cancel premium account

I hold a premium account that i cancelled however I have still been charged. I am cancelling because my phone provider is offering me the subscription free of charge.  Can someone please help?

Hi @debbie_willocks

 

I think if you want to get Premium from your  phone provider, then your account should be on Free.

 

Since you mention that you canceled your subscription but still charged, then I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can ensure that your account is canceled, and to provide you necessary refund (if necessary).

 

You may also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.

 

You may also request them to end your subscription immediately, so your account will become Free.

 

Once you're on Free, then you should be able to contact your phone provider, so they can apply their Premium offer on your account.
