I think there's no way to cancel the 7-day trial. You just have to wait until it expires, then your account will revert back to the Free service.

Welcome to Spotify Community. There's no way to cancel it though, but if you really like to cancel it, you will need to contact Spotify customer support for them to cancel it on your behalf.

Since it's only for 7 days, you don't need to worry as this doesn't require you to input your payment details. So, you may just need to wait for a week for your account to revert back to Free service. That's it!
