Cancel subscription for premium subscription when i don't have one

Cancel subscription for premium subscription when i don't have one

To whom it may concern,

 

I've been charged the $9.99/mth subscription fee, however, when I log in it indicates I have a free subscription.  Either cancel my subscription or please ensure I have a premium subscription under my e-mail name of neal_ibanez@hotmail.com only.  As i do not know who I am communicating to on-line; I'm a bit leary of providing any other persoal details that would be required.

On another note it would be nice if there was a customer service line that could you could call to assist in these matters.

Hi @neo989, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

It's possible to create more than one account with us, so you might have upgraded a different one to Premium. Check out our guide to find any other accounts.
