Cancel subscription not working

Im trying to cancel the subscription because I have a 3rd party pack offering the spotify premium in that pack, but I need to cancel my current subscription first to start using the pack.

Im trying to cancel the service, but is stuck after I press the reason why Im cancelling the subscription. Im having the same problem using my computer and the phone.

I need support asap, is really bad to know spotify doesn't let you cancel the subscription.
