Cancel subscription on account

I have a problem, or my mom does. My sister "loaned" our moms credit card and subscribed to premium. Now that we found out we wish to cancel that.
But we cannot access the account.. how do we cancel the subscription then ?

I think you can contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your sister's account, and to help you cancel the subscription from their end.

You may also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
