Cancel subscription

Hi all

Does anyone know how to cancel a  Facebook subscriotion with Spotify?

I have gotten Spotify Premium via Facebook account by mistake and I would like to cancel it. I have another Spotify account with user and password therefore i don't need the Facebook one and Spotify Premium less

I have tried to do it myself on my Apple account (Manage Acoount, subscriptions, turn off) and there is no option to turn it off

I have contacted Spotify and Apple and they don't help me at all

I have been emailing both for at least 2 weeks and nothing changes

Does anyone knows please? I don't really understand why the force you to continue paying and having something that you don't want

Here are instructions to cancel. Double check that you have followed this.

To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
