Cancel subscription

I deleted my facebook account and need to cancel my subscription with the account, but it won't let me log in. I followed instructions and made a new account with out facebook, the instruction was to then ask for help to get my music switched over to the new account. I can't seem to "help" for that problem anywhere. Not sure why I wouldn't be allowed to log in to old account to do this myself. Anyone experience this and have a solution?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide the payment details of the subscription you would like to cancel and they can lend a helping hand. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
