I have a premium account and I pay for it every month but cannot use it because I forgot my password. The problem is I cannot change the password because the e-mail account which I used for registration doesn't exist anymore. How can I solve this problem?

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
