I'm being charged monthly, but when I sign in to cancel this account, it's a free one. And no customer service to contact, but you have my credit card. Got it. 

I'll just keep disputing the charges. This is infuriating.

When you Subscribed to Spotify Premium did you use Facebook? If yes try to login with Facebook to check if you have a Spotify Premium.

Any users that want to remove their account should get in touch via the Contact Form.
