Cancel with immediate effect

Hi I want to cancel my subsription immediately as I have a bundled premium account with a new mobile phone plan. I tried to cancel my account but it runs until the 28th of Aug and I can't activate my free premium account as I still have an active account.  Is there a way to just cancel my account with imediate effect so that I can activate my other plan?

Hi @poshpants, welcome to the community!

There is currently no feature that lets you simply cancel your subscription fully. I would advise that you wait until the 28th to activate your free subscription. But if you wish you can Tweet @SpotifyCares and they should be able to sort out your account.
