Cancel without e-mail

 I created a Spotify account with a facebook that I had at the time, however, it definitely excludes facebook and the account Spotify was saved on the Iphone iOS phone with only a username that contains several letters and numbers. I have this premium subscription account and would like to cancel this subscription so that I can create an account that I can access on other devices.
I have tried to request a new password but I can not, it only opens the information that the user does not have an e-mail address. I also can not unsubscribe from my mobile phone or make any changes to my account.
Another thing is that my subscription was university, but in July it started to be charged the premium common subscription value, and I can not change anything else.
What do I do to cancel this subscription without an email address and password?

In your case, I suggest contacting the Spotify Support team directly by using the contact form or @SpotifyCares on Twitter. They will help you to get access back so you don't have to cancel your account.
