Hace unos días solicité la cancelación de la suscripción de mi cuenta, pero me han pasado el cargo igual. Solicito la devolución y que no se me pasen más cargos.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form (which you can do in spanish) and they will be able to look into getting that refunded for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Did you cancel via your subscriptions page?

 

If you have and it still doesn't work, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to make sure it's cancelled and refund you if necessary.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
